- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★20/10/14 Do not recommend at all! Hired some equipment for our wedding and they delivered in town for a fee, dropped it off the wrong equipment and ran, the cool room trailer we hired was unroadworthy (no spare tyre and no lights what so ever working, a fully qualified electrician was only just able to get brake lights and no blinkers what so ever) due to its unroadworthy state we were unable to transport it to our wedding venue and lost hundreds of dollars of food because of it and had hot drinks on our wedding day! They were completely uncontactable regaurding this until business hours. They supplied absolutely no trailer connections or safety shackles either. When I approached them about it in person today, they were rude, accusatory and unhelpful, the bloke in charge told me he would write me a cheque once the equipment was returned, then dismissed us. As soon as the equipment was returned I got a terribly nasty phone call telling me he would not refund the price of the cool room and he hung up on me! I will be taking this further and I DO NOT reccomend them to anyone!By Ger Oxnos Gepus, November 23, 2017
